"His Lordship" Is Withdrawn After
Audience Shouts It Off Screen

Wireless to The New York Times.

LONDON, Sep. 27. (1932) - The new British film "His Lordship" was withdrawn from the Dominion Theatre today as an aftermath of last night's performance when the picture was booed off the screen.

The audience shouted "Take it off!" and many persons demanded their money back while others protested to the management against what they called an inferior film. It was described as a musical extravaganze about the illiterate cockney and nmotion-picture stars.
